I love the positive news in the market place at this particular time. I love when I do my coaching calls and my clients are feeling some sort of relief and seeing there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I love that people are doing a lot of transactions. The reality of all this is media controlled; as always, everyone’s life. The reality is that top agents have always continued in the changing markets to do well and they never really missed a beat. Now of course, I would not be telling the truth if I were to say a market went down 40 to 50% that it would not impact sales; however, at the same time there were still sales going on.
