Team Coaching Beware!!

I can’t stay quiet any longer… I had a call today from a person that has a large team (their annual commissions are approx. $3.4 million) that is currently being coached by another coaching company. Their coach did well in his real estate business, so now is an expert coach. This large team’s GCI has risen over five hundred thousand dollars (seems good, doesn’t it); however, the net money they put in their pocket after expenses is only $300,000. Here is the bottom line… This is pathetic! Millions in GCI and no money left! In my opinion, this is a total and complete waste of time and energy to do all that work for such a low return.
